• Only the presenting author must submit the abstract.
• Submissions via email will NOT be accepted or reviewed.
• Notification of acceptance/rejection will be sent by 31^st December.

Authors must choose one category that best fits their abstract:

• Arthroplasty
• Arthroscopy & Sports Medicine
• Spine
• Trauma
• Paediatric Orthopaedic & Limb Reconstruction
• Hand & Upper Limb
• Foot & Ankle
• MSK Oncology
• Office Orthopaedics (Orthobiologics, Joint Preservation, Rheumatology & Osteoporosis)

3. Abstract Preparation Guidelines for Best Paper and Oral Presentation

• Language: English
• Font: Times New Roman, Size 12, Double spaced
• Word Limit: Maximum 350 words (excluding title & author information)
• Do not include identifying details (hospital, clinic names) in title or text
• Do not include author names or affiliations in the abstract body
• Abstract must be original and unpublished
• Title:
• Concise, no abbreviations
• Not in all caps (use sentence case)

2. Aims & Objectives
3. Materials/Patients & Methods
4. Results
5. Conclusions
6. Limitations
7. Conflict of Interest (Mandatory)

• No references, tables, graphs, or figures should be included
• Abstracts will be published as submitted – please proofread carefully

4. E-Poster Presentation Guidelines

A. General Specifications

• Displayed on 42" LCD screen
• File Format: PowerPoint (.PPT)
• File Size: 10 – 20 MB
• Landscape orientation only
• No animations, videos, or audio — static slides only

B. Slide Design Recommendations

• Every slide must include a title in the designated title placeholder
• Suggested content structure:
• Introduction
• Aim
• Methods
• Results
• Conclusion
• Acknowledgements

• Font Size: 26–36 pt
• Font Style: Clear, sans-serif (e.g., Helvetica, Arial)
• Ensure the content is concise, self-explanatory, and well-organized

C. Color & Readability

• Use dark fonts on light backgrounds or vice versa
• Avoid using red or green text/backgrounds for accessibility
• All images and figures should be high resolution and clearly visible
